SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Small Group Personal Training is the perfect way to get fit and healthy with a group of up to four people. Our approach combines the same training and coaching principles as personal training but with the added advantage of being less costly. We make sure our clients get the very most out of their time and see the result. We know that being around like minded individuals can be the extra motivation to reach individual goals.

BOOGIE BEAST SMALL GROUP  TRAINING INCLUDE

2x per week 45min group coaching session with the use of various exercises from weights, HIIT, and flow to the challenging whole body
